Zeno Realty was founded with a simple thesis: Indian real estate investors deserve the same rigor and transparency that institutional investors take for granted.
Too many investors in NCR were making crore-level decisions based on developer brochures, broker promises, and word-of-mouth. We set out to change that — by building an advisory practice grounded in RERA data, on-ground verification, and quantitative analysis.
Today, we advise on over ₹2,000 Cr worth of real estate across Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi — serving 200+ active investors including a growing NRI community across 5 countries.
